My New Year's Resolution

ontaskj commits to:
Arrive @ office by 9:30A EVERY day M-F. (If in KC M, have 1.5h home to office, work time 10h after arrive office.)
Work 7+ hr between 9A-7P M-F. (To measure, record breaks in journal.) At most 5 hr TOTAL / M-F during work time on: gchat, composing nonwork e-mails, nonwork websites (incl. pointed to by e-mails), talking to others (Except about my work, or if they need my help.) On weekends, do 4+ hours of work, within 6 hours of arriving at work. Up to 7 working hrs transfer within a week.
