Week 12 of 12
Goodtymes commits to:
1. Weigh myself each Monday morning, with spouse as witness.
2. Pay $50 for any Monday after the start date in which I weigh more than I did at my lowest previous Saturday weigh-in, unless I have reached a BMI of less than 25 for a 5'9" male, in which case I must remain below such BMI. 3. Perform at least five (5) hours of exercise each week where my heart rate exceeds 120 bpm (as measured by equipment being used or by personal heart rate monitor).
