| Went for 2 walks on weekday mornings, and then it rained so i couldn't go for walks on the weekend. However i renovated both days and got lots of exercise. | |

| Only went for 2 morning walks during the week last week, but then did the bay run on saturday, and then went for another walk later the same day. Was buggered!! this week it's already tuesday but i still haven't walked... shame shame!! might go at lunch time today. | |

Walked Mon/Tue/Wed and Sat last week. Also did reno's all weekend! Went to the office Tue/Wed, then training Thu/Fri. Good to have the goals set. |
