Arrive @ office by 9:30A EVERY day M-F. Work 7+ hr between 9A-7P M-F. (If in KC M, 10h timer starts at office, subtract work already done.) To measure, record breaks in journal. At most 5 hr TOTAL / M-F during work time on: gchat, composing non-work/admin e-mails, " websites (incl. pointed to by e-mails), " conversation (Except about my work, or if they need my help.) On weekends, do 4+ hours of work, w/in 6 hours of arriving at work. Up to 9 hrs transfer.
