okay, I've been sitting on this little hump for far too long; my entire week is commited to seeing the scale move. Greens and yogurt and fiber with a water chaser. No Mexican food.

perhaps renewed correspondence about our trips this summer will be a new motivator. Nt eatig badly, although cheap Mexican with Richard on date night didn't add much, but tasted good, cheese dip and all.

didn't record every night mostly from not feeling well and going to bed, but didn't apparently work at eating right well enough. Funny but I ate well at work, so dinner time and snacsks..chin up, start over.
