10/7, 15 minutes on elliptical. 10/8, 30 minutes each strength and walking, 10/9, yoga, 10/10, 30 minutes strength training, 10/12, 30 minutes hiking, 10/13, 30 minutes strength training.

Walked with family on Saturday = cardio for last week. This morning, 30 minutes of strength training. I also did 30 minutes on the elliptical for this week's cardio... but I got on the scale this morning for the first time in months and boy, am I in trouble. I mean health-wise. I'm going to commit more to exercise and eating healthily from now on. This week, I'll even see if I can exercise an hour every day. I don't want to be fat forever.

Yoga again on Thursday, and then three yoga classes and some walking at the Yoga Journal conference in Estes Park on Friday. A little more slackline practice on Saturday. I didn't do the three distinct workouts but I'm pretty sure the Friday conference more than makes up for it!
