1) Weigh 215lbs June 1, 210lbs Sept 1, 205lbs Dec 1, 200lbs March 4 2013.
2) Run a 8 minute mile once per above quarter date. 3) Bench weight + 25% for 3 reps weekly. 4) 50 pushups and 100 situps EVERY DAY.
