2) Run a 8 minute mile once per above quarter date.

3) Bench weight + 25% for 3 reps weekly.

4) 50 pushups and 100 situps EVERY DAY.

Final entry. 207.4lbs. 24.6% body fat. I'm damn happy with the progress from last year until now. This goal will be carried over as part of the Boxing task (win 2 fights). Well done YO!!!!
