rehab twice/day . . . Fucking Billy Blanks . . . about a month ago I think I tore/pulled/sprained/something my left rotator cuff . . . long story short, if I'm going to be able to get back to 150 push-ups/day land, I need to be pain-free.
SO. Rehab twice/day for two weeks . . . if it doesn't seem to be working, then I hit The Doc.
