With the exclusion of tomorrow, April 18th, I wake up at 5:00A.M. each and every morning through May 12th with at least 7.5 hours of sleep in me each night. Furthermore, I follow through with the regular morning success routine which I'll elaborate more in my first journal entree. MPQs, 30-min aerobic exercise, 30-min study, 5-min visualization, write down goals, plan for day (minimum...plan for the week/month/year, too)
