| Worst week ever last week. Got to know my body and that i can't take sugar in the form of alcohol like i did before | |

| Very good and strict week. Almost no cheats. Coming after N.O. and sick as well. Seemed to turn a corner on cravings don't know if it's sugar or carbs in general. Good loss of 4.4 pounds 1 pound of fat. | |
