List of foods for directly after a workout (within one hour of a workout, protein shake – fruit) Three junk meals per week (including the amount and types of food for the meals Three fuck-ups a week and one item only If I go over the three fuck-ups I have to cut out one of my planned junk meals If I screw up an extra three times and I have no junk meals left, I have to pay $250 on the site
