| Bummer I haven't had a moment to breathe this past week and I hate to say that I let exercise go. I had to submit my nonprofit tax exemption paperwork to the IRS and it was so time consuming to say the least. I will make it up next week. Still busy but time to regroup and dance!! | |

| This was the hardest week....3 out of the 5 AHHH!! I was slammed with work, family, functions, tobins bday, halloween....and trying to write grants etc....i really wanted to exercise just couldn't fit it all in....next week I'll rock it! | |
