I commit to balanced lifestyle- eat the Fiber Fit diet 5+ days per week, go to bed and get up at a regular time ( sleep in on weekends is ok), do cardio 3 times a week and Club one 3 times per week

tues - Sun was healthy and did the Dish w Megs, on mon i ate a yogurt for lunch and then did munch on some pasta at night. on tues we have closing coctails so will watch how i handle this - will do cardio tonight with Donna at the Dish
