Since starting this goal I've slept an average of 8.5 hours per day but one day I got only 5.5 hours. I did well for the first third of the commitment but recently I've found it difficult to get to bed early and I've also been waking up quite early.
Some ideas I have to improve my sleep...
- More exercise (I always sleep better when I get some intense exercise)
- Develop a bedtime routine (stretching, reading, writing a journal) |

Looks like you are on track! Keep it up - sleep is so important. I cleaned out all the reading materials from my room to make it more peaceful (and hopefully easier to fall asleep in). Have a good weekend :-) Caroline |

So far I've averaged 8.8 hours of sleep per day, including naps. Some days I've gotten only a little over 7 hours, but no less. I'm doing well at avoiding having my sleep crash but I'd like to make it more consistent still. |
