I really want to master my people skills...this'll involve a schedule of spending 4 hours x 4 days a week (preferably). The abstract says it all (the routines MUST be new, and preferably way out of my comfort zone). E.C. Practice a new verbal and nonverbal routine a week. Tip: Continually journal, record, and educate myself on new, innovative paths toward "The Promised Land".
