Yippee! You did it once again. I have found out when I do my exercises it helps with stress and energy. It's hard to balance both work life with personal, and continue with the exercises. I am glad you were able to achieve this challenge. Proud of you, and congratulations. Sharon |

| I am so thrilled I was able to carry out my goal this week. It felt like the biggest accomplishment I've had in a while b/c it was so hard to do it with my work schedule, but now I know it can be done. I will schedule my workouts according to my work schedule again to have another successful week. What was really good is it gave me much more energy and helped while I was at work. All steam ahead for the coming week! | |

Sharon, Thanks for your support. I have been a little hard on myself. This week I am correlating my exercise with my work schedule in anticipation that I can be more successful. |

Teresa, try not to be so hard on yourself. You have come a long way, just exercise and give praise to yourself even if you couldn't meet every goal. For once you just started a new job, and then it id the Holidays as well. You may not meet every goal but you are trying and in that I am proud of you. Love Ya, Sharon |
