Continue alternating 100 push-ups and 150 sit-ups, M-S, beginning with push-ups. Add weights as follows: to pushup days, alternate 2x10 bent rows @ 40lbs and 2x10 (each side) one-arm bent rows @ 40lbs; to situp days, alternate 2x10 pit rows @ 25lbs and 2x10 upright rows @ 25lbs. I start today as if midweek, with an ubs day.
