Week 4 of 4
thunderball commits to:
(1) exercising five days per week (with needed breaks depending on my knee health), (2) spending at least 10 minutes each morning to plan my eating and to recommit to why this is important (3) tracking and sticking to my WW points (no going over points and must track every day), (4) not drinking alcohol all month (with a five wine glass exemption for the entire month of July)
