SarahDC commits to:
- Complete three-day Blueprint Cleanse (in week one)
- Follow Breaking the Food Seduction (at completion of cleanse) (NOTE: If seeing adverse effects, such as loss of energy or weight gain, can change to other program, with referee permission) - Exercise 60-120 minutes/day, five days/week - Stay focused mentally (very important!)
