Pilates two days each week. Already walking 4.5 miles four X weekly, but need to add the pilates!! Starting with a six week goal, but do plan to continue throughout the entire year. Have to take it in small chunks or I set myself up for failure! I know me too good!!

Hi Karen, hope this week is going better than the last. You can always start over, start again or begin again! You have a great base to work from, and are so strong. I'm for you!!

The report is not good. I have not taken time out of my busy schedule to take care of me. Not only no Pilates, but have not done my walking for 10 days and I can tell you today I can really tell. Woke up this morning and just feel "yuk" mentally more than physically. This heat has made it very uncomfortable to get outside and walk my normal routine (which I love), so may have to hit the gym and walk the redundant circle around the gym. Hoping to be back to myself and can report a much more optimistic report next week!
