Worked out during lunch...for a solid hour! cardio and upper body. Ate well today-maybe more water but other than that..can't complain

Sunday Sunday...Taking a day of rest. Did legs yesterday and worked out hard but only 40 mins. Kept my heart rate up for the whole time.
didn't take frequent breaks.
Eat well minus the cookie at the end of the day.
