everyday activities: - eat in time, healthy food in correct quatities, sleep 10pm-6am, exercise 30-45mins, read atleast a topic in any one of (algorithms & data structures, unix, architecture, english communication) for 1-2hrs, spend as little time as possible on worrying, stock research, BAD browsing etc..

last week was a festival week... But other that the days I was on drive, I sticked to my commitments well. - went for walking twice when I had time, played cricket on the holiday, stretching one day - did quite a bit of progress in the project - avoided useless browsing and rather studied good stuff - relaxed at home and had good talk with family, friends - had a good sleep everyday.. Overall I felt more relaxed, energetic and motivated to do lots of good stuff that I feel happy about...
