Things are falling in place based strategy worked out. Cash flow is getting better - small but steady throughout the month. Very few cheque returns. But keeping the billing rate uniform and high throughout the month is a challenge. With Durgesha supporting strongly things will turn better. New customer development too is picking up momentum. Focus now must shift to ensuring profitability. |
