| I'm already on top of the five hour course. I got the dates and places (BOCES november 4th and 5th) Great idea about asking/answering questions in the begining. I've heard its dreadfully boring from just about everyone who's taken it. Maybe I'll see if I can "take notes" with my laptop ;) | |

Oooooh, that 5 hour course is going to be the tricky one- try to get a seat in the back and bring some very, VERY inconspicuous material to read or study. Answer a question sporadically, ESPECIALLY the first few questions- maybe even ask a question. That way, you're on the instructor's good side, and it'll be a difficult shift for them to reprimand you for ignoring the other 4 hours and 55 minutes (like I was reprimanded for practicing Spanish vocab.) The hardest part about the five hour course is registering..... |

| Ah...Haaaa, Now I get it!!! Yes, absolutely this is a doable goal. Lets' set up times to practice. You tell me when and we'll 'get-er-done'! You now have several choices of vehicles....my Honda (standard shift) or Barb's Cadillac (automatic)or the Suburban (just big). Also, what about the required 5 hour course? Let me know....DAD | |
