Continue alternating ubs and abs. Ubs: 75 pushups, knuckles for as many as possible, at least 20; 2x10 bent rows, one- or two-armed; 3x5-10 side kick raises. Abs: 100 split between crunches and twisting situps, plus 30 experimental exercises so I can find another option; shoulder workout for one week, up to 1x15 + 1x10 for the second week; 2x15-20 back extensions.
