ontaskj commits to:
1. No leisure internet 8A-8P all days of the week.
2. Get to work by 8:00A. Exceptions exist (see adjudication.) In any event, I may not set any alarm for earlier than 1h 20min prior to my work start deadline. On weekends, must be out of bed by 8:30A and not go back or sleep again after that set alarms for at most 5 min prior. Refer to external doc "Adjudication (date)"
