| Glor logged into Stickk and wrote her commitment, starting it then Monday 5th November for a year. We discussed some points to look forward to like only go out if it's something she really wants to do, and spend the rest on her new hooded fur coat from Spitalfields on Friday or Saturday together. She wrote these and others in her journal. We will meet again next week although she is working on Monday so will try to do it then anyway as it's my day off. Otherwise will have to be done Tuesday orWednesday without fail. | |

| We had a meeting on Monday as planned despite some wanting to plan to do it Tuesday. No doubt will always be fighting such temptations off! It went well. She will have her copy of Do more Great Work from Amozon tomorrow. Just need to get Glor log in details for Stickk so she can write up her commitment and we can get it all set up with mine in our 2nd meeting on Monday. | |

| Just spoke to Glor and she is still at work. Need to get to Victoria ASAP! Leave my statement that I need more time to provide evidence for my new circumstances. Get home to have a cup of coffee with Glor and our 1st meeting. Get back home ASAP! | |
