I am just coming back from the gym after not going for weeks. Feels great. After tomorrow when the grant gets turned it it should become easier to get to the gym. Thomas is a god send.

I worry more about you and the hours you are working and wheteher you even get to clear your head once a day. I am doing okay; good about taking time at work for a quick half hour walk, and excellent at home at answering the Butch alarm clock, set to go off approximately 1pm everyday, and heading out for a walk. This week Hillary and I are going to start bowling lessons since we both do not get any better. We'll see how that goes. Have not started rowing, which calls to me, but just not quite loud enough. Will get DDR back from Nathan who borrowed it and we'll get going on it. Exercise is part of the day now, without question. I wish there was an extrra hour for a second session. I bought two lb weights when they were a dollar at Target, but hauling around my 80lb dog seems to be giving me a good upper body workout. He is better behaved until a new dog comes by and then he is bezerko dog. Sunny day; off to the market for enchilada food.

Seems like reinvisioning yourself as someone who does stuff like exercise is maybe the coolest part of all. Glad your work walks are going so well. I loved DDR- I feel like you could get a great work out from that if you liked it at all?

turns out that as much as I love walking the dog, the walks in the hallways at the hospital are now really interesting as I have been doing so much more walking I can now really cruise the hallways and break a real sweat so that my half hour is really efficient. This week was a mix of walking, but I really hope to add some wii. It is hard during this back to the office phase. no big deal; we'll get there. I am truly confident about getting and building good exercise skills. me. pretty funny.
