Progress was made. From 179.8 down to 163 the day before Christmas. But back up to 165 by the deadline = FAIL. Time to plot the path of 2013 to stay in top shape year round.

I'm going to require before/after photos as part of the requirements here - no matter the outcome. I'm the ref, I get that prerogative.

You may or may not have to use said after photo as your twitter profile pic until you do get under 160 (filed under: rules I'm making up during the challenge).
