Continue and add to my last pair of goals - meditate daily and maintain health (add cardio 3x weekly and eat more fruits/vegetables) to support more rigorous adherence to scheduling and daily to-do lists.

Done until a couple days from now, when I'll re-do same goals. Good progress, but want to get new stuff more regular-ized and habituated.

I will re-up in the next few days for another (probably same terms) 2 week period to continue adoption of these habits this has been a successful nudge.

All going well, and I'm satisfied I've met my commitments. Whew didn't want to give an un-named organization a DIME. I don't know if this constitutes my formal check-in, I need to confirm that so my c.c. isn't billed!
