This is a follow up to my 30-day challenge. I commit to
- eat more nutrient-dense foods - lots of fresh veggies, some fruits, some fish and meat - lots of raw ingredients - drink green tea - avoid wheat, processed foods, foods high in sugar - avoid dairy except yogurt and limited cheese - avoid wine in the evening - say no when people offer me unhealthy foods - space food out throughout the day, including snacks An exception to the above is dinner on NYE.
