Day 2 of diet. Haven't mastered the no carbs after 4pm...I'm building up to that. I've taken my measurements today...not good! |

I've signed up for the site today as I've just got back from a cruise. I've selected a picture of Rik Waller as I thought this was appropriate. I've initially guessed my weight, but will be doing an officical weigh in on the weekend. I'll then update the site. I've also invited some of my family to follow my progress. This is going to hurt. |
