RenRen commits to:
Count calories daily. The first week will be baseline, thus, no specific caloric intake will be set. Following, the calories will start at the avr. or 2200 (-50), whichever is less. Each wk, 50 less cals will be allowed. One wkend day, I will be able to eat as I choose, but will need to log calories. Exercising will consist of a minimum of 4 days/wk and no less than 4 hrs/wk.
