Missed on Monday because we were getting ready to hike. Missed on Friday as well. Will definitely do better this week!!

When I run for 20 minutes in the morning I feel so much better all day - wonderful and energized!

Surfing plans complicated my routine a bit but I made sure to get at least 20 minutes of aerobic exercise done each day before noon :-)
