Take Vitamin D, B12 sublingual, chewable B6/B12, probiotics, and fish oil every day.
Drink 1 liter of green tea every day. Coffee only once a week--two cups maximum. No getting up in the middle of the night and eating food. Drink a glass of seltzer and go to bed.
