Writing each evening 3 MIT's (most important tasks) for the following day each of which cannot take more than half an hour to complete.
I will then complete each of these tasks, and mindfully notice my reaction whenever I start to wander away from them. These habits will be tracked separately on lift, and the lowest success rate will be used. I aim to do this 80% of the time.
