Okay so last Wednesday I went to punk rope and it killed me. So many squats, lunges, sprints, and well, jump roping that I was delightfully sore for days.
Then on Saturday went and did 45 minutes on the elliptical and 10 minutes of pain intervals on the stair stepper.
On Monday went to spin class and started doing some of the NF strength training....which I'm still sore from. |

Seriously. Impressive.
It's also one way to stay warm out there!

Okay so on Saturday did 15 minutes of hell intervals on the stair stepper, 40 minutes climbing on the elliptical, and rowed 2000 meters and did some body weight fun and stretching.
Sunday was lame, ran a mile and a half in 18 minutes and just wasn't feeling it. So I went home and did free weights as per NF(thanks y'all!)
Yesterday walked four miles in the sub-freezing weather ...that counts for something right and went to spin class |
