I will arrive at IndieDesk by 10am (no later!) 3+ weekdays/week. I will arrive by 11am 4 days/week. Exceptions: -Illness (not incl. hangover) -On-site work (-1 day for each day worked on-site) -National Holidays -Work that *needs* the full power of my at-home workstation. -Vacation days cleared 1+ week in advance.

| A lot of work-from home last week in order to use my workstation. I might need to consider purchasing a better laptop or - with any luck - working from my home-office will be a radically better experience in a month or so. I'll hold-off on a laptop purchase until then. Possibly invite Arthur over to work in the office to ensure productivity? | |

I really thrive on co-working environments, so if you think Arthur has things to work on in an office environment and will respect work hours, I'd say ya invite him to join (if you're anything like me)!

I really benefit from working with other people. If you think Arthur's a good candidate (has stuff to keep busy in an office environment), and if you're anything like me - I say do it! Also totally agree on waiting re laptop until you see about moving...
