Following dinner, which may include a dessert in the dining hall or if not, a single serving (a 2-degree bar, a piece of toast with nutella, a cookie), I may not eat anything! Any drinks are allowed, including hot chocolates etc., just no binge, no breaking the seal, no late night munchies!
