Eat no more than 1320 kcal/day unless I exercise (use MFP to calculate extra kcal I can eat without going over weight loss allotment). Cheat meals (NOT days) are Easter, Ember, and Eden's b-days. Record food first, dish out appropriate portions, then eat!
