In first 2h on Mon: write detailed hour-by-hour weekly plan
Stay on task except up to 15 min per hour, 30 min lunch. Time off must be made up by 10:15 pm that same evening. (Except up to 1 hour transfers.) Get to work 8AM each day (10AM Saturday) arriving late means no non-work reading for two days. (Unless '/.) No reading at work, except 1 hour if yesterday was exceptional. (Must be in the 15 min increments) No way to make up prohibited reading.
