I will not use more than 30min of non-work-task-related Internet in a given work day (M-F, 10am - 5pm). The StayFocused app will automatically monitor and limit my Internet usage, and I am not allowed to turn it off while at work. Examples of non-work related Internet include:
Vimeo Youtube NetFlix HuffPo Jezebel C4D Forums CG Talk.com etc The typical exemptions apply: -Illness -Nat'l Holiday -Etc.
