| Went for a trail run on Saturday and did my little exercises. Haven't been climbing in awhile, so hoping to get that in today or Thursday. | |

| Did my first 5 mile run this week!! And my first ever lead climb!!! It was soooo fun :) Life is good! | |

| I've been doing well with morning exercises followed by a protein shake. Sadly, no runs this week due to weather. Got in some great climbing on Thursday and am just about ready to start lead climbing. I'm so nervous, but very excited! I could've done it on Thurs, but was too nervous and tired to be excited about it. | |

| I've stayed on track with my morning exercises. No climbing this week bc it was so nice outside. Got a good 3 mile interval run in on Friday. | |
