Sercz commits to:
THROUGH JUNE 15: No desserts, candy, sweets of any kind--including toast with jam, honey, or cinnamon sugar yogurt with honey and tea with milk and sugar.
THROUGH APRIL 15: No hard liquor and no more than 3 servings beer or wine per week. Eat mostly protein, fruits, and veggies. No crackers, toast, processed cereal, or potatoes. Beans, quinoa, oatmeal, and other whole grains okay, but no more than 1 serving per day.
