But I'm leaner. This makes a big difference in the way I look and feel. Maybe, just maybe, this could be the marker of something new, as in weight change, that is coming.

I should also go to bed tonight. That, or get a huge chunk of work done, one or the other...thing is, if I sleep, that will help the body to generate better.

This has got to be working toward something...I've consistently been active, planning this evening's workout as we speak, and carrots, protein shake, coffee and water for lunch.

I've improved my veg and fruit intake, and reduced my incidence of grains. As usual, I work out a ton.
