| I didn't really stick to this goal. I cracked halfway through and made a new goal. Unfortunately the system doesn't yet support cancelling a goal. | |

| Another week passed easily. I am not feeling so tired anymore. Still need to start the day without cigarettes. My head is definitely clearing and I am feeling more composed, relaxed, alert and cheerful. Alcohol depresses. | |
