I completed it this week with 5 miles run.

I did it this week and also I practiced tennis twice and 6 miles run

I didn't only do this commitment but also ran 6 miles and tennis practice.

I did indoor exercises as planned this week.
I also ran 6 miles on Sunday. It looks like running is making my swollen muscles drained.
