elastagirl commits to:
1500 calories/day (1750 if exercise). Do the following to help achieve my goals:
1. State goals out loud (lose weight, get toned, feel good/healthy, build a body I love!) 2. State out loud what I intend to eat + calorie count 3. Record and measure before I eat I get 3 "cheat" days.
