| This week we are sending out Xmas marketing letters to our male customers that offers special service for Xmas. They will be sent tomorrow with follow up phone calls next week. We are also finalising our X by trollbeads promotion that will combine FB and mailout | |

| Have formed a Christmas collaboration with other retailers. We are all having a Christmas tree out front of ours totes. When people make a purchase they go into draw to win a hamper of gift vouchers from all the stores. This will be supported by radio promotion | |

| Last week we sent out looses tone flyers and have nada. Few nibbles which we are following through with phone calls. I have worked with the tv station and our tv ad will go to air next week - this is abig gamble but we feel ready for it. Have also organised photographs of jewellery to update our website and created tube account to post our tv ad onto | |

| Had our ole lynggaard event last night. Very successful. Yesterday I also mailed out 179 flyers for loose diamond and coloured stone sale. I will also add this as an event to website and directly clientele. Have also received promotional material for our next event - xbytrollbeads....exhausted | |
