5:2 fasting plus no wheat, no sugar works well with regular days as well as the fasting days.

Without sugar and wheat, with 5:2 fasting diet, I finally got it.

I am testing this website per Professor Dan Ariely's recommendation on his Coursera class. I am in a food-rich environment which often tempts me to overeating. My goal is to maintain a state where eating happens only when I am truly hungry instead of out curiosity or bordem.
